4th Annual VTG Bali Wellness Retreat - RSVP Deposit
Our home for the retreat, Grün Retreat, is located in Canggu, a region deeply connected to Bali’s ancient Subak sacred waters. This spiritual relationship between land, water, and community is the foundation of why we chose this location. Your stay includes daily breakfast and three-course dinner; evening meals will feature plant-based Balinese cuisine such as gado-gado, jackfruit rendang, vegetable curries, coconut rice, and tropical fruit desserts. We will indulge in holistic well practices with a traditional water purification ceremony, a Balinese cooking class and local market tour, guided meditations, and sensory workshops. There will also be ample free time to explore Bali where you can enjoy beach visits, temple exploration, spa treatments, shopping, or quiet rest.
4th Annual VTG Bali Wellness Retreat
Canggu, Bali, Indonesia
August 30 – September 4, 2026
The VTG Bali Wellness Retreat is an intentionally curated experience designed to support restoration, reflection, and reconnection. Set in the coastal village of Canggu, this retreat invites you to slow down and return to a more natural rhythm through mindful nourishment, cultural immersion, and spaciousness to simply be.
We chose Grün Retreat in Canggu with deep intention. Historically, Canggu has been a place where land, water, and spirit converge. The area is closely connected to Bali’s ancient Subak irrigation system, a recognized spiritual and agricultural practice dating back to the 9th century. Subak is more than irrigation. It is a sacred system rooted in balance, cooperation, and reverence for water as a life force. This philosophy of harmony between humans, nature, and the divine mirrors the foundation of VTG retreats and is why Canggu felt like the right home for this journey.
Throughout our time together, days will unfold gently, balancing guided experiences with ample free time to explore Bali in a way that feels aligned for you.
